Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead/Consultant with strong experience in SAP data migration projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to own the end-to-end data migration process, including defining migration approach, working with business teams on data mapping and rules, and ensuring successful data loads and validation, with a strong focus on master data management and governance.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Data Migration
• Strong experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
• Experience defining data migration approach, object sequencing, and handling data dependencies
• Experience working with business stakeholders to define data mapping, business rules, and data standards
• Hands-on experience with data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
• Experience with mock loads and cutover activities
• Hands-on experience with SAP migration tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BODS, Syniti, or Winshuttle
• Ability to explain when and why specific tools are used based on migration requirements
• Strong understanding of SAP functional areas such as MM, SD, and FI
• Strong communication skills
