The Data & Reporting Analyst will join the Integrated Data & Analytics Section (ID&AS) to support complex data initiatives for Wisconsin’s Medicaid and FoodShare programs. Working alongside ID&AS staff and contracted MMIS vendors, this role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data reporting—from gathering requirements with stakeholders to the technical development and implementation of ad hoc and standard reports. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between policy and technology, ensuring all data outputs are compliant with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities with 3 to 5 years of experience:
1. Data Analysis and Report Development
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering
3. Regulatory Compliance & Policy Integration
4. Documentation & Project Leadership
Nice to have skills:
- Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective
- Experience with business analyst and testing industry standards, current and emerging technologies, business process mapping, and reengineering
Interview Process: MS Teams Video - at least 1 Round
Duration: 6/30/2027 with possibility of extension for a minimum of 1 year
Remote or On-site? Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This position is remote, but work must be performed within the State of Wisconsin. Selected candidate will be required to be onsite in Madison, Wisconsin once a month.
