Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on SAP Technical Program Manager to lead a critical ERP transformation, including an S/4HANA upgrade (2021 → 2025) and migration from SAP HEC to RISE with SAP (Private Cloud). This role owns end-to-end delivery, coordinating SAP, hyperscaler, and SI partners with minimal business disruption.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Own program governance, roadmap, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Lead S/4HANA upgrade and RISE migration execution
• Manage data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Act as single point of accountability across IT, business, SAP, and partners
• Oversee Basis, integrations, security, testing, and quality management

 

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years in SAP with strong technical program leadership
• Proven S/4HANA upgrade and RISE with SAP (Private Cloud) experience
• Deep expertise in SAP Basis, data migration, integrations, and cutover
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
