pre-course survey

I just went to the pre-course survey.  The survey monkey page came up. At the top of the page it said, "This survey is currently closed, Thank you for your interest.  So, am I able to take your survey.

Same thing happened to me (3/2/26): 'survey currently closed.  Is there another way or another survey tool we can access to complete the pre-course survey?

Yes, and here is that note above the pre-course survey:

" This survey is currently closed. Thank you for your interest."
