Role Description
Re-evaluate technology choice, create more prototypes.
• Decide on the tooling, for instance what tools will be used by the developers to build the project.
• Work ahead of the development team at least by 2-3 weeks and decide on a strategy, for instance an architecturally correct approach to implement the user story.
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
• Delivering a complete front end application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services
Competencies Digital : Microservices, Core Java, GUI & Rich Clients, Foundation : Unix / Linux Basics and Commands, Application Integration Architecture
Essential Skills

• Expert level object oriented programming skills in Java 8, Microservices, Spring
• Strong functional programming skills
• Extensive knowledge in developing RESTful APIs using Spring MVC, Integration patterns, Sprint Boot and JSON
• Deep understanding in implementing Micro services and message-based loosely coupled architectures
• Experience in designing data persistence system using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (MongoDB, OracleDB)
• Experience in use of source code management system Git and build tools like ant, mav
• Experience writing unit tests and using standard Web testing frameworks
• Good understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodology
Desirable Skills
• Extensive experience in building complex applications using object-oriented JavaScript leveraging the best of modern Web frameworks ( ReactJS, NodeJs, AngularJS)
• Good DevOps skills able on Linux, AWS, Docker, CI pipelines, etc.
