Cursive 1.13.1-eap8

Hi everyone,

Cursive 1.13.1-eap8 is out. It fixes a problem introduced in a recent EAP where Cmd-W would close the REPL and not the active editor, and an older problem with the test integration where test results were not correctly displayed. This last one mostly affected people on Windows, my apologies for taking so long to address it.

Here's the issue:

Fixed

• Cmd-W now closes the REPL, not Clojure files in editors #2852
• Test markers not visible in the gutter #2762
