Serial Number not recognised

hello.

I've just bought a bridge and when I go to my.currentcost.com website,
and every time i try to register the serial number it says incorrect,
I tried to write it in lower and upper.

Any ideas?

I was trying to do this all day yeaterday and had the same problem.
It wouldn't be quite so irritating if the serial number wasn't so
long. Still irritating as I can't use my device. Please post when it
is fixed/
