We are still in need of lots of photos for the slide presentation to be presented at the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon next Wednesday. The original deadline of May 15th has been extended to May 20th. Currently there are several teachers not represented in the slide show. We do not want to leave out any teachers or staff member so please email any photos of your child’s teacher or staff member directly to Chelsea Cochrane at 1ash...@san.rr.com. Chelsea has generously offered to prepare the slide show but needs a good amount of photos to work with.
Attention 1st and 2nd Grade Parents:
1st and 2nd Grade Games Day help is needed!!!
Games Day is Friday May 27th and I still need approximately twenty volunteers. As of Friday I have only received six volunteer forms. In order to make 1st and 2nd Grade Games Day a successful and fun-filled event we need loads and loads of help. If you can help on Friday, May 27th from 1:55 – 2:00 please email me at pam...@moorefinancial.org with your name, child’s name and teacher, and whether or not you’d like to help as a group leader or game leader.
*Games Day begins immediately after Dad’s Club lunch ends. If you plan on being with your child for lunch and can stay and help with Games Day it is imperative that you proceed immediately to Games Day (in front of the library) once lunch is over. There is only a 3-5 minute window between the end of lunch and the beginning of Games Day.
