Equipment Needed for Dads' Club Food

Hello Dads' Club,

As you may have heard, we are hoping to grill hot dogs and hamburgers for sale at the Craft Fair this Saturday.  We are also planning to sell sodas and bottled waters.  

In addition to the Pizza from Sorrentinos, this is the only food being served at the craft fair.

Can you lend some equipment?  Here's what we need to try and put together:

• Two (2) Propane Grills for the burgers and possibly the dogs
• Four (4) Coolers to store soda and water for sale
• Hot Dog Machine/Bun Warmer (Hoping to borrow the one from back to school night if anyone knows whose it is)

If you can provide any of these things, please reply to me as soon as possible and we can make further arrangements.  Thank you very much.

I will also be trying to get donations of the following items from Carl's Jr., Vons, Costco, Smart & Final and possibly the Exxon by school: 

• ice
• canned sodas
• bottled waters (16.3 oz)
• Propane
• Buns, Burgers & Dogs, cheese
• Condiments
