Hello Michael, We are excited to announce that we have expanded our account services to those living abroad. This is big news because it opens support channels for the incarcerated who have family and friends in other parts of the world. 
Our services are now available to people in these countries: International services include: - Global Account Management – Family and friends living in the countries listed above can now create online accounts to fund prepaid calling, eMessaging, Text Connect and video visitation packages, as well as the Securus Debit accounts of incarcerated loved ones.
- Expanded Payment Options – Family and friends with billing addresses in these countries can use Mastercard®/Visa® credit, debit and prepaid cards from nearly any bank in the world.
- International Phone Number Support – Family and friends can add international phone numbers to their Authorized Numbers list and receive calls on Securus AdvanceConnect prepaid calling accounts to ensure loved ones are always just a phone call away.
- Seamless Account Linking Family and friends whose incarcerated loved ones have transitioned to the Securus Unity Platform will get a smoother and faster experience when linking their old JPay accounts to their new Securus accounts.
