Subject: A win for SOP's and the First Amendment!
The United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit has upheld the lower federal district court's decision that struck down a Missouri state law that required persons forced to register to post a sign at Halloween stating that no candy would be given at this residence. The 8th circuit covers the states of Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, so any similar laws in those states should be attacked asap. See attached PDF copy of the court's opinion and the lower court's decision as well. Perhaps I'll write an article for the next newsletter??.
