You may have known about the Off-Campus Housing Information Services
web, as known as OHIS (link: https://osantd.osa.cuhk.edu.hk/ohis2/index.htm).
The web serves as an information provider and it includes many useful
information like rental guidelines, tenancy agreement and some
property information in relevant districts. However, you have to look
for the suitable rental and deal with the agency or owner by
yourselves. Youo can log in the web by inputting your SID and CWEM
password. You can also browse and leave message to the forum to look
for suitable roommate / flat.

If it is difficult to find a suitable short rental from owner or
agency, hostel and guesthouse (Under "To Let" then "Hostels and
Guesthouses" in the web) may be the other option. Besides, you can
check with University Guesthouse System (e-mail: guest-
ho...@cuhk.edu.hk) if you would like to stay inside the campus.
