Hey Guys! Happy Summer!  My roommate Caitlin (P3) is looking for a new roommate, as I am moving into a condo in Stapleton.  We currently live at The Breakers Resort, basically at Havana & Mississippi.  The apartment is great and she's awesome to live with-- low maintenance, clean, studies a lot, etc. The apartment is already furnished, so you wouldn't need to worry about that. The move-in date is flexible; the lease would start on July 31st but you could move in as early as June 25th for prorated rate. 
The room is the master, with its own huge bathroom and walk-in closet. If you would like to see the layout, go to
thebreakersresort.com and click on "Heron" floorplan under community "Oyster Keys."  Please come take a tour of the place and meet Caitlin--we're around this summer. Rent is $620 + utilities + $100 deposit
