Important Level 1-5 Approvals - New Pathway Requirements

Dear Members,

I would like to share the important information regarding Pathways Level approvals & 2025 Oct New Pathway Enhancements.

We have members currently working across Levels 1-5. Some Base Camp approval requests for Levels 3, 4, and 5 on TMI ( Base Camp) are pending because the required presentations from the new Pathways Enhancements (effective October 2025) have not yet been completed.

As this is a new requirement introduced by Toastmasters International, it has also brought a new set of processes. Per District 101 December Officer Training for VPEs, all clubs and members are expected to follow these updated requirements for level completion and approvals.

For your Level approval, members must complete all of the following:

1. Required Speeches & Electives (as listed in each Pathways)

2. Required Education Series Presentations (  One presentation per each series)

  • Levels 1 & 2: No additional presentations required
  • Level 3: Successful Club Series
  • Level 4: Successful Club Series + Better Speaker Series
  • Level 5: Successful Club Series + Leadership Excellence Series

3. Required Meeting Roles (Levels 1–5). Your completed roles are tracked in Easy Speak by meeting date. Please log those dates in TMI Base Camp manually.
