Cupertino Club members and potential August new members:

Enclosed is a New membership application for Raji, Grace Michael (+ RZ and anyone who wants to join in this month). But feel free to forward to RZ or anyone to invite them to join this wonderful Toastmasters Club!

For those who never joined Toastmasters before, there is a one time fees of $20 that covers the first Pathway eManuel that includes instructions of 20+ Projects. There are 10 other Pathways one can purchase later for $20 each.

Membership fees are collected annually or semi-annually except the very first time the fees is pro-rated according to the month joining. The rate for Toastmasters International (TMI) and for Cupertino Toastmasters Club #4608 are $10 and $5 per month respectively. You will have access to the official websites, attend meetings and visit any Toastmasters Club worldwide.

Please completet the application Form, signed and return to Me (Doris) and Krishna. Zelle your payment to Doris....@gmail.com. I will process it and you will receive an email from TMI and start your TM journey right away.

You also will be asked to enter the name of the person who help you to join the club ( Ramesh, Ray, Krishna, Rovina, Me …) at the Sponsor segment.

The detailed fee charge is as follows:

New member fees: $20

Membership Fees:    $20

Whenyou start (mm/yyyy) : 08/2025

Check the month you join and enter amount ($10 per month) :  x Aug.       $20

Sales Tax: 0

Total Payment to TMI : $40

Dues to TMI : $40

Club New Member fees : 0

Club dues (Aug+Sep) : $10

Total payment to club : $50

Since it is also time to collect renewal fees, semi-annual or annual : $90 or $180

But we re offering a $20 discount now therefore add $70 or $160 respectively for 6 months or 12 months. (Since some company will reimburse employees for educational training, it may work better to pay annually).

Bottom line if you join now and renew for 6 months, Zelle me 50+70=$120

If you join now and renew for a year, Zelle me 50+160=$210
