Hi all,
I'd also mentioned this event to Ken George of Public Radio Kitchen at WBUR. They had postponed a cupcake auction for the fall. I thought, if they were doing a cupcake event and we were shooting for around the same time, it might make sense to join forces. I'm not sure about the auction element and how it may/may not fit into Cupcake Camp. I can find out if this sounds worth pursuing.

It would be great to join forces, but I think the whole auction thing
may be a bit off from the cupcakecamp mentallity.
Perhaps they can help put on the event and also do some membership
recruitment at the event?
