Most of you raised concerns on how to collect the information requested in the email below given that the information is not currently captured in any of the CUNY information system.  To the end, we created a survey monkey link for your students to respond to.  Below you will find the message to your students and the link where they should be directed to take a very short survey.

Please be advised that CUNY has launched a new student health insurance program provided by United Healthcare.  Unlike other plans, this particular program seems to meet all the requirements of the Affordable Care Act.  However, in order for CUNY to better serve you, it would be extremely helpful if we could give us an idea on how many of our international students are insured and the health insurance providers that you are currently using.   So please take a few minutes and respond to this short survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/6KD8NVY
