To All GC Math Ph.D. Program Students:  

     Math Program students Bianca Sosnovski and Ha T. Lam asked me to send out the following information on their behalf about the Doctoral Student Council (DSC) charted Crypto-Math Group:

     “The Crypto-Math Group is an interdisciplinary student organization where students can discuss mathematical aspects of cryptography.  The group maintains the Cryptography Student Seminar and a website that promotes the seminar and related events.  The group welcomes members with no background in cryptography and its events are free of charge. 

 

     We need your support to maintain our status as an active DSC Chartered Organization.  If you could please take a 5 minutes to sign the Fall 2013 roster, that would be great. Instructions are below.

      Thank you!”        

For Fall 2013, chartered organizations must also fill a membership roster with the digital signatures of at least 20 students. (information on can be found here: http://cunydsc.org/chartered-organizations/maintain/.)  

Detailed instruction on signing rosters:

1. Go to the website http://cunydsc.org/works/organizations/crypto-math-group

2. Click the link that says "JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION"

3. If you already register with the site, click the link "LOGIN".

    If you are not yet a member, click "REGISTER"
