As I said today practice will now start at 5:40am due to us needing more time on the water. Remember your car pools leave 15 minutes before practice starts so plan accordingly.
I really think those who made it to practice this weekend really took some good steps. You'll really need to do as much learning as you can every day to be prepared for Saturday.
