Ongoing SIRA Stuff

In the event we can't find anyone who has some rowing experience and has rowed recently SIRA may be willing to let us double race a single person.  Obviously that's detrimental to the person and won't help either boat so it's not the best alternative, but if another can't be found in time I'll be taking volunteers from the novice 8.
