I hope that your finals finished up well and you have traveled or will travel safely for the holidays.
This is your first reminder for your weekly Sunday reporting. Remember all I'll need is you to tell me which steady state workouts you did and a picture of the memory screen for your AT and MI pieces.
I had several people ask me before break how they could move up into a top boat and stay there. The advice I offered was simply to do the work. Some people won't, and those who do will have the upper hand.
