Lady Swain and Gents,
If you haven't seen these, below are links to a short video series that Row2k is producing about the US Men's National Team. Its pretty fun to watch, and gives a decent perspective about what Elite rowing looks like (chances are Stefan knows some of these guys!). A lot of the stuff they discuss applies to collegiate rowing (and our team) as well, and if anything they may serve to get you excited to be back in a boat.
They are definitely worth the watch when you have some free time, and will probably serve you better than trolling Facebook. Also, since Twitch beat Pokemon, we all know we have nothing better to watch/do on the interwebs.
