Canceled.

One of your teammates didn't do his 2k then submitted an old one to me instead.

One of your recently elected officials can't attend because he's hanging out with his parents. 

Several people submitted their 2k's late.

Inform me when you're ready to be accountable and race. I suspect everyone is much more willing to be at the banquet and celebrate their accomplishments.

Teammates,

There are roughly at most 8 more practices total here in Boulder. That means that Tyler and I personally only have about 16 hours max left on our resevoir. That makes me sad.

This sport by definition needs everyone working together to accomplish anything. There are no more finals,  there is no more homework.  For 2 weeks there is only rowing.  I ask that each of you commit to that entirely.  The dedication of the team has waned over the past serval days and it is time that trend got reversed.

Take a focus 10 and let's finish out this season strongly.  We have the most important regattas of the season coming up and everyone will need to be fully dedicated for us to succeed. Let this be the last day anyone can question our commitment.
