There will be no changes to this week's 10k/12k rate structure. It remains the same as last week.

I've attached this past week's results below as well as last year's for reference. Varsity you should look ahead and make sure you're not only faster than last year, but that your boat average becomes substantially faster than last year.  That's the only way to ensure you'll improve upon last fall's results.

Novices keep in mind again that your weekly 10k plays a big role in to which boat you will be in for your races.  The best way to improve your time is to put in extra time on the erg.  Try to climb the ranks every week.  Even a little extra work will help separate you from the guy only a few seconds in front of or behind you. Again we're trying to get everyone we can under 2:00.0 and after that try to get as many guys as close to 1:50.0 as possible.

Keep up the good work. We're less than a month from our first real race of the season.
