Team,

Tomorrow you'll be doing a 30' Fartlek on your own in the new erg room.  If you have contact info for any of the new potential novices please reach out to them and try to go with them. Split will be +27" with 6 20 stroke pieces at race rate and split.

If any potential novices ask their official tryout will be next Thursday morning in the erg room so they can at least get through learn-to row. We won't be keeping more than 24 rowers total and if their tests aren't done reasonably fast (7:40ish) and with decent technique we may keep less than that.  From what I've seen so far a few of the potentials are way off of speed and/or technique right now to be eligible for the team.  Do whatever you can to alleviate that outside of practice as well as inside.

See you all Thursday morning for the 2k
