Good afternoon,

I have been trying to demultiplex my data on Terra Bio for the RUN_1168 folder 210117 and when I run the analysis, I get the following error:

Task bcl2fastq.run_bcl2fastq:NA:1 failed. The job was stopped before the command finished. PAPI error code 7. Execution failed: generic::permission_denied: pulling image: docker pull: running ["docker" "pull" "gcr.io/broad-cumulus/bcl2fastq:2.20.0.422"]: exit status 1 (standard error: "Error response from daemon: pull access denied for gcr.io/broad-cumulus/bcl2fastq, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: Permission denied for \"2.20.0.422\" from request \"/v2/broad-cumulus/bcl2fastq/manifests/2.20.0.422\".\n”)

What can be the reason for the error? Any help is extremely appreciated.

Thank you so much

Marcos

Hi, please see https://cumulus.readthedocs.io/en/stable/bcl2fastq.html.
Alternatively you can run cellranger mkfastq on your server and use
cumulus only for the count part.

Best,

Josh
