Availability of New Version of Google Sites File Manager

I see that the tool has expired. Any plans to make a new version of
the tool available. It has been quite handy for me to use at client
sites. If not, could you direct me to a suitable replacement. Thanks.

I've tried downloading the new version but this does not seem to work.  

I'm going to: http://cumucloud.com/cumucloud.com/FileManagerForGoogleSites/

the page says: 

"Download options (version 1.4.8 Beta, expires Jan/2013):

• Standalone file (exe): Download - no installation required, just run the EXE file
• Windows Installer (msi): Download

"

The file I download is indeed 1.4.8

"FileManagerForGSitesSetup.1.4.8.msi"

"FileManagerForGSites.1.4.8.zip"

And when I try and run it I still get the error: 

"Version expired.  Download a new version:  http://www.CumuCloud.com"

any suggestions?
