Unhandled exception when logging into CumuCloud for Google Docs

CumuCloud for Google Apps Sites is working great, but I can't log on
to my Google Docs account in CumuCloud for Google Docs. I get an
error box that starts: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your
application." Later it states: "Could not find any resources
appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture."
Impressive! (And really confusing.)
I'm sure that my User Name and Password are entered correctly. This
message appears regardless of what is entered in those fields.
Anyone have a suggestion?
