last minute final stuff

Hello Everyone,

Just a few final things before we head to the countryside this Friday...

We will be meeting on Friday at 3.30pm at the ticket barriers outside platform 19 at Waterloo station where will we give Anna our £9.50 and get our return tickets to Egham.

On Sunday our train leaves at 16:34 and arrives at Waterloo at 17:18. 

Please bring cash for your train fare and an additional £8 for the taxi fare to and from the Lodge. There is no cash point at Egham, so make sure you visit one before you get on the train. Also, the bar at Cumberland Lodge (from what i recall last year) only takes cards for purchases over £10, so bringing some cash for booze is also a good idea. Please note that we are not allowed to bring our own booze or they get really cross. I've attached the CL rules and regs document for your reading pleasure!

There will be photocopying and printing facilities at the lodge which we can use. Please bring music for saturday night, or we will be stuck with CL's lame CD collection (the queen's favourite hits anyone?)! Also, there will be 2 people to each bedroom, so bring your pyjamas. Um...I think that is it. 

I hope the workshop planning is going well and i'm looking forward to spending the weekend in the countryside with everyone!

hey miranda,

evidently they have an iPod docking station, wifi available, and twin CD deck (and disco lighting!) so i guess bring your mp3 player and hopefully spotify will work too - i am bringing my lap top.
