1. If your name is on this BLACKLIST then you haven't paid and need to do so by this Friday (11th May) 5pm, or you will lose your place. This will be your second-to-last reminder. (I love you all so much that I'm going to send an extra email out on Thursday, if I remember).

if you don't pay by Friday 11th 5pm you will lose your place. This is because we need to confirm numbers to Cumberland Lodge asap - sorry it's administrative.
2. The fun bit! (bad cop has left the room)
We're going to meet on Thursday 24th May at 6-7pm at the Marquis of Granby to discuss the programme, ideas for workshops etc. (The Marquis of Granby is the pub on the corner of New Cross Road and the main road coming up towards the Goldsmiths entrance). As I'm sure you remember, everyone who comes along needs to run a workshop or discussion or similar, in twos or threes. We sent round some ideas with a previous email, but we'll meet up to talk about it in person/brainstorm. If you can't make it, drop me or Christy a line, and let us know if you already have an idea for a workshop/session, or if you would like us to match you up with someone and give you some ideas.

Lodge this year. We need to collect all payments by FRIDAY MAY 4th.
Firstly, unless you are an ESRC or AHRC funded student, the final
figure
for the whole weekend is £48.46. Bargain!
If you are a funded student, you need to pay £102.50.
Secondly, Chloe Nast has very helpfully agreed to let us pay the
department directly which makes things much easier than last year. You
can
either pay by card (probably the easiest method) or cash. I have
attached
the form you need to fill out if you want to pay by card. You need to
manually sign this form (not just type your name in) and return it to
Chloe located in Warmington Tower, room 906. Otherwise, please leave
your
payment in cash with Chloe. If she is not in, please place it in an
envelope with your name, amount, etc and leave it under her door.
If it is difficult to pay the full amount in one block, you can fill
out 2
credit card forms for the money to be taken out of your account in 2
separate instalments as we do not want the price to prohibit anyone
from
attending. Just let me and Chloe know that you are doing this so we
can
make a note of it.
Once again, please get your payments in to Chloe by FRIDAY MAY 4TH at
the
latest!
More (interesting) info will be sent later this week about
collaboratively
designing this year's programme...in the meantime, let me know if you
have any questions.
