How your D50/D550 sound ?

Hello everyone !

I thought it might be a good idea to have a thread where we can share our production with the mighty D50 and explain what patch we used or how we create the sound in that production !


So , here i start !

First of all , the whole sound is recorded live , with ableton live 9.

I used :

_The mighty D50 ( a D550 in my case , still mighty )
_Roland SH-32 (for the "guitar-esque" pad)
_Waves Element Stereo VST ( for the bass sequence )
_Smackos 909 (Drums)

Controled with :

_Akai APC40
_Arturia Keylab 61

My use of the D50:

I used the patch Nylon Atmospheres from the initial soundbank to make the little bells making the full soul of the sound.

I put a simple Autofilter from Ableton's effects bank to manage to filter the D50 sound and some sends to the delay and reverb of ableton too , and it's already sound great i think !
