Searching for origins of: Jerusalem, Japan and Fairlight

Hi All

Back in approx 88ish, I had a d50 for a while. I got it from a friend and was loaded with a couple of presets which I loved and was hoping to one day own again. I know he owned some cards...I remember seeing them...and he loaded bits and pieces in

Jerusalem; very oozy atmospheric, VERY  square wave kind of pad

Fairlight was a vowelly wet pad with quite a lot evolutioni over time

Japan: Think it was a standard preset but cant find it atm

Does anyone have any idea where they came from or have them?
