I wrote earlier: "Suffering does not equal pain. Suffering equals pain times resistance." When resistance drops to zero, pain remains but suffering vanishes

Non-resistance to what is doesn't mean you don't do what you can - you just do it quietly

What I notice most when I practice non-resistance to what is, is how quiet it is
