Alternatively, you can also enrol your child in a holiday workshop. These are usually short courses run over the December holidays with curriculums designed to introduce children to new topics or activities that can prepare them for the upcoming school term.

Great class! Have not thought my little one to write her own name hence this class is a great start for her to start writing! Not only she can write her own name now, she can also receite the alphabets and also the different sounds it has! I also find that she can better express herself now

My son has been in MindChamps enrichment class since he was in N2. Before this he was able to recognize and say the alphabets and also able to write them but some alphabets like b,d,s,p,q are usually not written correctly. His childcare do teaches phonics as well and also we are required to buy books to read but I feel that he is more of memorizing the words in the books rather than really reading it. Thus after deciding to put him through MindChamps reading and writing program, I see that he had improved a lot and is able to decode simple words easily without my help. Now that he is already in K2, he is able to read independently. After each class, there will be homework for parents to do with the child and readings that need to be done. The teachers are very approachable and will usually highlight to me on areas that he is weaker at so that I can reinforce with him at home. Their preliminary assessment on my son is complimentary and very detailed and the trainer will explain the different areas that he is being assessed on. Although it is a 2 hr weekly class, my son still enjoys going there every week as the activities includes story telling, singing of songs, games, coloring, reading and many more. It makes learning enjoyable.

That day's theme was about pirate and teaching of the phonics "SH". Their program is well thought of and systematic. They didn't jump into teaching the phonics "SH" but rather started off with some treasure hunt and mystery box thing. Like taking items out like fish, shell, shiny, sheep from the mystery book. I feel its a good method as till now my daughter is able to remember those words that contain "SH" and how to pronounce it. A good teaching method for parents at home to teach their kids. They also introduced their in-house apps that include story telling, coloring, songs etc The class ended with music and movement and some worksheet to complete and color. We really enjoyed the 2 hours of fun learning.

I love their in house apps. My boy would request to play with the app daily. It's good for reading and there is a lot of activities for the child. Like for eg, painting. The child can also record his/her own voice while reading the book. My boy totally love attending the class and he often would tell me he prefer going to the reading and writing class! It helps to build up his confidence in his reading and writing skills. He's more willingly to read out loud now. The teachers were very professional and attentive to the students needs.

My girl had joined Mindchamp reading & writing since she was 3yo when she only knows her abc. She is now a fluent wonderful independant reader whom loves all books at 4yo. She is now progressing on writing and i have seen the improvement with it after months passed by. Love this enrichement program to the max and im signing my number 2 up when she reaches 3yo soon.

Our friendly ticketing staffs will facilitate the queue line 30mins prior to the hourly sessions and booked timeslot to validate your admission tickets. All visitors must come in long pants such as jeans and cargo pants. Leggings, stockings or distressed pants are not advisable. Admission includes use of winter jackets and boots. Strictly no leather sole shoes, we recommend rubber sole shoes. Feel free to bring your own winter wear for -5 degree celsius otherwise we do have rental for gloves and pants and socks for sale.

Visitors must be above 0.9m to ride the ice bumper car. Visitors between 0.9m to 1.2m must be accompanied by a responsible adult (above 1.2m) in the same car. For complimentary child who meets the height requirement, bumper car ticket is required to enjoy the ride.

For non-graduating classes, the programme is split into two sessions. Your child may choose to join either or both sessions, depending on his/her needs. For graduating classes, both sessions will focus on reviewing past topics in preparation for the examinations.
