[JVM] Failure/Error count for JUnit output wrong

Using 1.0.14 in Eclipse Helios SR1 the JUnit failure/error count seems to be double that expected. It seems to count the failed Scenario & the failed Step.

I can't find any mention of this on-list. In github, issue #263 is similar to what I'm seeing, but it's marked as Closed.

Am I seeing a regression? Is this a new defect?

Or.... should I be doing something differently?
