when.js 2.5.0 released

We just released when.js 2.5.0.  This release brings compliance with Promises/A+ spec v1.1.0, which was just released, along with its accompanying updated test suite.

We also recently released when.js 2.4.1, but missed making an announcement here, whoops!  It works around a nasty bug in IE 10 on all platforms (including mobile!) that renders setImmediate effectively useless as a fast task scheduler.
