wire.js 0.10.0 released

We just released wire.js 0.10.0.  Highlights include a new wire/jquery/ui plugin that can create, configure, and manage jQuery UI widgets, and [docs for authoring wire.js plugins](https://github.com/cujojs/wire/blob/master/docs/plugins.md).

Out of interest what direction are you taking wire, what kind of things are going to happen before you take it to 1.0? To me 1.0 means you are saying its production ready and to your satisfaction (is that about right?)

We have tons of ideas of where we can go with wire from here, but 0.9 and 0.10 have both been very stable and useful, so it probably makes sense to release a 1.0 sooner rather than later.  If that's what we decide to do, then 1.0 will probably look a lot like 0.10 :)
