CUGOS Holiday GeoBeers, Map Challenge, and Elections!

Hi Cugosians!

Instead of our usual meeting this month, we'll be getting together for GeoBeers on Wednesday, December 17 at 6pm at Stoup Brewing in Capitol Hill. Feel free to wear your finest ugly sweater if you’re in the spirit!

We are also still going to do the #30DayMapChallenge as a group! If you’re new to it, the challenge is to make one map per day in November based on a list of prompts. But obviously November is over and with us you don't need to make all 30 maps, just sign up to take on one or more days, and we’ll share everyone’s maps at our January 21 meeting.

Finally, we’ll be holding board elections early next year. If you’re interested in getting more involved with CUGOS, now is a great time to start thinking about it.
