Problem:  While navigating a route, when I select menu then "Show Cue Sheet" the menu closes but the screen remains on the map view.  There is no way for me to bring up the cue sheet while navigating a route.

Before I start navigating a route I see 2 tabs near the top of the screen "MAP"  and "CUE SHEET".  I can select either one to switch between the 2 views but once I select "Start Nav" those 2 tabs disappear, and when I select menu then "Show Cue Sheet" the menu closes and the map view remains on the screen.  The only way I can see the cue sheet again is to stop navigating the route.  Am I doing something wrong or is it just not working properly on my device?

Also, the above is only true when I select a route from either "RIDES NEARBY" or "MY RIDES".  When I select a route from "DOWNLOADED" it immediately starts navigating the route and I don't get the 2 tabs of "MAP" and "CUE SHEET" but I still have the same problem that when I select "Show Cue Sheet" from the menu it does nothing other than close the menu and leaves the map view on screen.  So for "DOWNLOADED" routes it is impossible for me to see a cue sheet at all.

I just purchased the CueSheet Pro Pack to see if it would fix my problem but there was no change (other than getting the additional Pro features).

My device is a Motorola Razr Maxx HD on Verizon's network.

I'm sorry you are seeing this problem. I think there is a bug with the menu option "Show Cue Sheet". I'll work on a fix. But in the mean time you can get to the cue sheet by clicking on the text (ie "Turn Left on Maple") in the green box above the map.

The "downloaded rides" is intended to use as little network traffic (and battery) as possible so that you can access rides that you have already downloaded to your phone anticipating riding outside of cell range. So we don't do the preview there. If you want the preview use the "My Rides" or "Rides nearby". The phone Icon should appear next to the rides that you have already downloaded.

Geoff, thank you for responding and pointing out the work around, and for building the app in the first place!  Your app is a GREAT solution to the problem of getting turn-by-turn directions for a personalized route!

The alternative method of bringing up the Cue Sheet works just fine for me, thanks for letting me know about it.  Also, that makes sense having no preview for the downloaded rides.  It is great to be able to navigate a route through areas with no cell service!  Keep up the good work!

Best,
