Nothing's working

Hello

I downloaded the app and bought the pro pack (mainly to download maps), but it isn't working at all.

Here's what I've encountered:

1. Open map from RideWithGPS > Start Nav. It shows me a summary of the ride, but no map, and no cue sheet - all I see is the world map.

2. While the map is loaded (if that's even accurate, given that it doesn't show), I chose Download Map. This crashes the app. 

I'm on a Nexus 4 with KitKat.

I'm sorry you are seeing this problem, but thanks for reporting it. I'm aware of the issue and am working on it. It looks like you can see the list of rides and get the ride details but no cue sheet or map. Right? I have submitted the fix for iPhone and am working on the Android version now. I should have it ready soon.
