Route not showing up

I have two routes on my ride with gps online account. Only one is showing up on my cue sheet ios app. Any suggestions? Thanks

Can you give me the route numbers on RWGPS? Do you have the "rides nearby" filter turned on? Also, they have to be public to show up on the iOS app.

5287945 does not show up. 4949231 does show up. I have filters set to "just me" and "everywhere." I have also tried all other possible filter combinations with the same result. Both routes are listed as public. Thanks for your help!

Are you still having this problem? I'm able to see this route. Not that it helps much right now, considering you are probably still under 3ft of snow.
