pre-downloaded maps not working

Hallo; I have bought the propack for Android phone, but after several minutes of download, when I start the navigation, the map is not shown on the screen. I have changed the map source as required by the pop-up message. Please help.

Sorry to hear you are having that problem. Can you tell send me a route link on RideWithGPS where this occurs? What is the make model of your phone? What version of Android are you using?
