Hey everyone. I already have a C2 level and a very extensive vocabulary Your English Vocabulary Test vocabulary size: 37099 level: C2 (vocabularytester.com) and yet I encounter new words and expressions on a daily basis (which is mainly because I look for them on a daily basis). My goal is to speak English like a native speaker grammar- and vocabulary-wise. Despite already having a high level, I still make mistakes at times and seem to have gaps in my vocabulary and this really disheartens me at times. In spite of trying not to let those mistakes and gaps detract from the enjoyment of my language journey, I sometimes feel like throwing in the towel would be the best course of action as native speakers never seem to mess up ( I know that's not true but non-native speakers are conditioned to believe that native speakers are goddesses and gods who are infallible and getting rid of this belief is nothing short of a huge challenge) and seem to be walking dictionaries (which is not true either).
