Today my Malware blocked file 'steam_api.dll'. Calls it as 'RiskWare,GameHack'. For 2 months after running scans (and I scan it often, like twice in a week) he wasn't seeing it as a virus, even during scanning all by himself in real time. He just did it today. I attach the log and also I've decided to put the file in a rar (and when I've putted it in the rar, he also detected is a virus). So, is it false positive and there's nothing to worry or is it a dangerous threat and I should keep it in quarantine?

You would need to make that decision on your own. There are hacks used by some to run or bypass certain things in games. If you did not load it yourself and are not aware of it then yes I'd recommend you remove it and if needed reinstall the Steam Client.

I have already tried everything that is said in the "Help info" thread, yet Celeste does not open. The reason you're having this problem is because when you extract the file, Windows automatically deletes the file, making the game not launchable. Copy the file and paste it in Downloads so you can retrieve it later. After that, extract the zip.

Go to the Windows taskbar and type in "windows security", and hit Enter. A little window will appear (which is Windows Security). Click on "Virus and threat protection". Click on "Manage settings". After that, scroll down till you see the section titled "Exclusions", then press "Add or remove exclusions". You'll get a pop-up, but you can safely click "yes".
