| Sri Navaneetha Krishna (Dolai Kannan) visit to Colorado |
Sri Navaneetha Krishna will be arriving in Colorado Springs on Friday late evening August 20th. He will leave Denver after Mon (Aug 23) morning aradhana. In accordance with the unique traditions, the Dolai (Swing) Kannan will travel by road only and will stop in several cities along the way for nithya aaradhana (morning and evening). The coordinators who are traveling with the Lord have indicated that it would be possible to do 1 thirumanjanam (Abisheka) and 2 dolais (swing utsava) on each day - Sat Aug 21 and Sun Aug 22 in Denver metro area.
The prathishtapana for this Lord was performed in Ahobilam in 2001 and ArAdhana was performed for this Lord Krishna by the Jeeyar of Sri Matam.
A minimum donation of $250 for Dolai and $500 for Abhisheka (includes dolai) is recommended. In the recent past the donations have ranged from $300 to $3000. All donations made are 100% tax deductible in U.S.A
