btw I installed ffmpeg to C:\dev\ffmpeg\ffmpeg-3.4.2-win64-static\ and put the video2gif.bat script in the bin dir right next to ffmpeg.exe. I also added C:\dev\ffmpeg\ffmpeg-3.4.2-win64-static\bin to my windows PATH, but I don't think you need to.
If you want the option of being able to supply some extra command line flags / args to the script, then make a new file named video2gif-prompt.bat, and have the registry referce it instead of video2gif.bat:
The skeletons appear to be relieved that they no longer have to dance, as the revealing of the princess woman literally makes one of the skeletons heads spin. It then goes in for a quick kiss and she cracks a smile. Awww. Shortly after, lightning strikes and we see all five Jacksons (well four of them, plus the wax dummy of Michael) posed in front of a doorway. Gotta love how they have Michael's wax dummy statue posed there, as if he's some kind of action figure with a "karate chop action arm!". For the record, I would totally buy a Michael Jackson figure with karate chop action arm.
The input FPS can be found with ffprobe, and the total number of input frames can be found with mediainfo as explained at: -do-i-get-the-number-of-frames-in-a-video-on-the-linux-command-line/1044894#1044894
(If you're skimming this post and missed the earlier note about video weight, I'll mention again that these medians are calculated based on pages that contain these resources. Of the million URLs tracked by the HTTP Archive, not all contain video. That's why the numbers for median total size don't "match" the median video weight.)
The median page served to desktop contained a total of 82 resources (HTML, JS, images, videos, etc.) compared to the 90th percentile with a total of 233 resources. In other words, the 90p page contains almost three times the number of requests.
Not surprisingly, images and JS account for the majority of requests. I was surprised to see how many requests come from CSS and HTML. And I was very surprised to see that the 90p page serves a total of 12 videos!
