CITK is open source, there is a copy in the downloads section of the most
recent build.

I cannot find recent update.

Yes it has. ITK suggested they would be implementing GPU support in a new release (over a year ago), So it seemed unnecessary to continue CITK.

Newer version of ITK has built in GPU support. CITK is now irrelevant.
