If I was him, I would not like to talk with you too. Because you use this way (let everyone knows why you look for him. You should ask everyone help you find him and do not write so detail...,It hurts...)

Just like I told you, $20.00 dollar is a little money.  
You never know something happened, maybe he goes to meeting, maybe something happened, ... But you never judge someone for $20.00 (give you his name and email) to do some bad thing to you. If he did so, that man was very stupid for only $20.00 lost his credit.

I know how to find this man but I don't want to tell you. That is your homework.
