美国东部时间10月8日，第二届哥伦比亚大学中国展望论坛（2nd Columbia China Prospect Conference）---- 持
续稳定增长（Towards Sustainable Growth），在纽约哥伦比亚大学主校区的图书馆举行。50位演讲嘉宾分10个不同的专题与来
自美东地区顶尖高校的学生、学者以及紧密关注中国发展的职场人等逾600名观众共同探讨中国的发展道路。论坛受到美国社会各界的关注和支持。
面对中国经济的快速增长，经济增长的可持续性和结构性问题已成为人们关注的焦点。海外学生学者密切关心祖国的经济问题，并愿意共同探索其发展前景。哥伦
比亚大学中国学生学者联谊会共有2万多名成员，是美国规模和影响力最大的中国学生学者组织，也是本届论坛的主办方。论坛吸引了来自哈佛、普林斯顿、康奈
尔、麻省理工、斯坦福大学、南加州大学等多所大学的观众，两周内数百张门票售罄，多家国内外媒体对活动进行了报道。
论坛邀请到的演讲嘉宾有美国前首席助理国务卿Thomas Fingar、匈牙利前首相Gordon Bajnai、Sybase董事长及前百人会会长
程守宗、著名经济学家及Zebra对冲基金公司首席投资经理陈志武、中国地产第一品牌董事长王石、鼎晖创业投资基金创始人王功权等。嘉宾畅谈了他们对中
国未来发展的看法并与观众积极互动，王石等主要演讲者的发言引起了阵阵掌声。在主要演讲嘉宾发言后，学者和企业家们组成的专家小组在每个分会场与观众对
话，就该领域的热点问题进行思考。
此外，主办方还提供观众与演讲嘉宾共进晚宴，面对面交流的机会。9日，主办方携部分知名企业为观众举办专场招聘会。哥伦比亚大学中国展望论坛充分发挥高
校的信息纽带作用，促进了国内外学者与企业的交流与合作，为中国经济未来的发展提供了一个探讨平台。

本次见面会旨在为同学们提供一个与谢国明先生近距离接触的机会。我们也为参加的同学准备了点心。由于场地有限，我们会按照大家回复的先后顺序将教室和具
体时间发给最先回复的50名同学。感谢大家对本次活动的支持与理解。
正大集团（Chia Tai Group）由泰籍华人谢氏兄弟（谢易初和谢少飞）创办于1921年，总部位于泰国曼谷。正大集团在中国以外称作卜蜂集团
（Charoen Pokphand Group）。目前正大集团是泰国最大的商业集团。经过几十年的发展，正大集团业务遍及20多个国家和地区，下属
400多家公司，员工人数近20万人。
· 创业初期，谢氏兄弟在泰国曼谷和中国汕头分别成立了"正大庄菜籽行"和"正大种籽农业公司"。他们从中国进口种子并卖给泰国农民，同时从事农产品种
子培育、改良和推广工作。
· 1953年，随着种子商店的成功，正大集团开始生产动物饲料。在20世纪90年代，正大集团的144家饲料厂每年产量达到了1400万吨。
· 1979年，正大集团在深圳兴建了中国第一家中外合资企业，并取得了深圳第001号中外合资企业营业执照。
· 1987年，正大集团在香港组建正大综艺节目有限公司，并于1989年3月开始正式在中国播出。后来又和中央电视台合作制作《正大综艺》节目。
· 1990年4月7日，邓小平在中南海接见了正大集团谢国民。
· 1997年起，正大在上海浦东新区陆家嘴金融贸易区投资兴建正大广场，并于2002年开张
《亚洲金融》在1988年载文，称泰国华裔商人谢国民是"亚洲最杰出的企业家"。他所领导的"正大集团"在全世界各地共拥有26个饲料厂，年产量达到
50万吨之巨。1987年，"正大集团"跻身世界500家大型企业的行列。泰国国王曾亲自授予谢国民泰国政法大学商业荣誉博士学位，以表彰他对泰国经济
发 展的贡献。因为泰国人吃的每日三餐都少不了正大集团生产的食品，因此谢国民被人称为"农牧巨子"。1994年以来，在由世界著名财经杂志《远东经济
评论》评选的"亚洲200领先企业"中，正大集团6次位居泰国企业之榜首，3次位居第二；2003年9月，正大集团董事长谢国民先生被美国《财富》杂志

What does the Siemens Graduate Program offer me?
The Siemens Graduate Program (SGP) offers you the ideal start to your
career - your opportunity to prepare yourself for a successful career
at Siemens. Designed as an intensive and internationally oriented two-
year program, the SGP will prepare you for future leadership tasks,
offering both flexibility and diverse work experiences. The program,
which enables you to actively integrate your interests and your
qualifications, consists of three challenging eight-month assignments,
during which you'll be familiarized with at least two functional areas
in one of our Sectors. One of these three assignments will take place
abroad at one of our 1,700 international business locations. On this
international rotation you'll learn about the local business and
culture while taking on various responsibilities and project work. You
will also receive an intensive training program and the opportunity
for personal development. A personal mentor will be at your side for
the duration of the program, helping you to achieve your various
objectives while promoting your development and assisting you in
planning your career.
What do I need to qualify for this program?
* Master or comparable degree completed with above-average grades,
also PHD candidates are welcome
* Completion of a course of study in technical and non-technical
majors. e.g. engineering, with a focus on electrotechnology or
mechanical engineering; natural sciences, for example, with a focus on
medicine; furthermore: computer sciences, business administration. For

* One to two years of relevant work experience between bachelor and
master or internships in related discipline required
* Significant experience of a foreign-speaking culture by way of an
extended stay abroad
* Fluency in English; knowledge of further languages is welcome
* Open-minded, highly motivated and ready to take on challenges
* Flexible, mobile and interested in working in an international and
constantly changing work environment
