Association, CUCSSA)诚挚邀请您加入我们的团队，与我们一起为实现将CUCSSA建设成全美最具影响力的中国学生组织的目标贡献出
自己的一分力量。
相信各位新生通过CUCSSA举办的2011新生关怀系列活动（New Students Care Program, NSCP）已经或多或少的对
CUCSSA有了一定的了解。2011新生指南、北京、上海新生见面会、新生QQ群答疑、机场接机、入学注册等一些列活动和服务中，都能找到
CUCSSA工作人员和志愿者的身影。
哥伦比亚大学中国学生学者联谊会(CUCSSA)成立于1996年，是美东地区最大的华人学生、学者组织，也是全美国最具影响力和知名度的华人组织之
一。CUCSSA成员包括哥伦比亚大学在校的华人学生、学者，大纽约地区工作、生活的哥伦比亚大学校友和自愿加入CUCSSA的华人、华侨，共计
12000 余人。CUCSSA的宗旨是服务校内的广大中国学生、学者，密切联系、团结校友、华人、华侨，服务纽约地区的华人社区，弘扬中华文化，促进
中美文化交流与相互理解。
经过10余年的发展和沉淀，CUCSSA以世界著名高等学府哥伦比亚大学以及大都会纽约为依托，形成了独特的发展模式，造就了惊人的发展速度。
CUCSSA以四大品牌活动----新生关怀项目（New Students Care Program）、哥伦比亚大学中国展望论坛（Columbia
China Prospects Conference）、哥伦比亚大学百家讲坛（Columbia China Forum）以及哥伦比亚大学农历新
年晚会（Columbia Chinese New Year Gala）为主打，其他中小型文体活动、招聘会、讲座为辅助，不仅服务于校内的广大中国
学生、学者，更在纽约乃至整个美东地区的华人社区中享有广泛的知名度。
成为CUCSSA执行委员会的一员，你就是这些丰富多彩活动的策划者、组织者以及实施者。我们期待你们的加入。
具体招新细则如下：
9月1日－9月16日：网申以及简历投递，网申地址http://www.cucssa.org/2011recruitment（请务必认真仔细回答
每一个问题并在线上传简历）。同时进行网申和简历上传（并按规定格式和文件名保存简历）的同学视作申请完成。
9月11日、9月17日：分两天进行面试，经过网申和简历筛选的同学进入面试环节，当日具体的面试时间和地点会由CUCSSA工作人员通知。
9月18日－9月25日：成功通过面试的同学即成为CUCSSA执行委员会成员，CUCSSA主席团会根据个人的基本情况、特长、志愿以及面试当日的综
合考虑，进行部门分配，发放录取通知。

第二届哥伦比亚大学"中国展望论坛"将于10月8日、9日在哥伦比亚大学Low Memorial Library盛大开幕。

在过去的三十年里，中国奇迹般地实现了GDP年均9.9％的增长，并在2010年超越日本成为世界第二大经济体。2011年，在全球金融危机持续的负面
影响下，中国仍预期有9%的GDP年增长。面对中国经济的快速增长，经济增长的可持续性和结构性已成为人们关注的焦点。敦促经济体制改革以及相关配套体
制改革的声音越来越高涨。那么，中国应该如何保持较高、较合理的经济增长势头呢？第二届哥伦比亚大学"中国展望论坛"将主要通过以下几个方面的讨论努力
回答这个问题：什么策略可以有效刺激国内市场？中美两国如何携手合作促进互惠互利？处于中国经济转型期的跨国公司及本土企业有哪些发展机会？哪些行业将
成为中国经济增长的新引擎？
第二届哥伦比亚大学"中国展望论坛"将有近50位演讲嘉宾分10个不同的专题与来自美东地区顶尖高校的学生、学者以及紧密关注中国发展的职场人等预计愈
600名观众共同探讨中国的发展道路。在此，主办方哥伦比亚大学中国学生学者联谊会诚挚的邀请您参与到本届论坛中，与不同行业、不同背景的知名演讲嘉宾
共同分享这一思想盛宴。
此外，主办方还提供观众与演讲嘉宾共进晚宴，面对面交流的机会。会议次日，主办方将携部分知名企业专门为观众举办专场招聘会。有关招聘会和
private dinner的具体细节，我们将稍后公布。
